Aceclofenac, Paracetamol &SerratiopeptidaseTablets is mainly used in treatment of muscle pain, back pain, joint pain, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also used for treatment of fever, rheumatic pain and spondylitis.
A combination tablet of aceclofenac, paracetamol, and serratiopeptidase is a multi-ingredient medication used to treat pain and inflammation. It is typically prescribed for conditions affecting the bones, joints, and soft tissues.
Uses
This medication is prescribed to treat pain and inflammation from various conditions:
• Musculoskeletal pain: General pain in the muscles and skeleton.
• Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis: Conditions that cause painful inflammation in the joints.
• Soft-tissue injuries: Pain and swelling from sprains, strains, and other injuries.
• Postoperative inflammation: Reduces pain and swelling following surgical procedures.

How it works
The combination tablet works through the actions of its three main components:
• Aceclofenac: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the action of an enzyme called cyclo-oxygenase (COX).
• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that enhances the pain-relieving effects of aceclofenac.
• Serratiopeptidase: An enzyme that helps break down abnormal proteins that form at the site of inflammation. This reduces swelling and promotes healing.
