LIZOLE FORTE

Serratiopeptidase tablets are used to reduce inflammation, swelling, and pain associated with conditions like arthritis (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis), sinusitis, post-surgical recovery, and tissue injury. It acts as a proteolytic enzyme to break down proteins causing inflammation and often boosts the efficacy of antibiotics.

Description

Key Uses and Therapeutic Benefits:
Inflammation and Pain Relief: Used for joint pain, arthritis, back pain, and swelling.
Post-Surgical/Injury Recovery: Reduces swelling and bruising after surgery or trauma (e.g., fractures, sprains).
Respiratory Health: Helps in treating sinusitis and bronchitis by thinning mucus, reducing congestion, and aiding the expulsion of phlegm.
Other Uses: Sometimes used for dental pain, ear infections, throat infections, and, in some contexts, to support cardiovascular health by reducing arterial plaque.
Important Considerations:
Dosage: Typically 10mg three times a day, or 15–60mg daily, usually taken on an empty stomach (30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals).
Precautions: Stop use at least 2 weeks before scheduled surgery due to potential blood clotting interference. Avoid if you have bleeding disorders, active stomach ulcers, or severe liver/kidney issues.
Combination: It is frequently combined with painkillers like diclofenac to enhance pain relief.
